At RockAloha, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if you have any issues.

What is Covered by Our Refund Policy

  1. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items:

If the jersey you receive is defective, damaged, or we sent you the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange once we have received and validated your request. Please provide order details, photos clearly showing the issue, and any other relevant information.

  1. Incorrect sizing:

If the size of the delivered jersey does not match the size you ordered, resulting in a difference of more than 1.5 inches from our size chart, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. After validating your request, we will issue a refund or send a replacement in the proper size. Please send your order details, photos showing accurate measurements compared to our size guide, and any other relevant details.

  1. Lost packages:

If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and issue a refund or replacement jersey after the carrier has confirmed the package is lost.

  1. Order cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 4 hours for a full refund. Please submit cancellation requests through our website. We cannot modify or cancel orders after 4 hours.

Return Shipping

For all returns and exchanges, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact our customer service team to get complete return instructions.
