Returns & Exchanges Policy
At RockAloha, we want you totally stoked with your Hawaiian shirts. If you’re not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
No Restocking Fees
Returning your purchase won’t cost you a thing – we never charge restocking fees.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged only if:
- The shirt has a defect or damage not disclosed. This includes:
- Wrong size, color or print sent
- Torn, stained, or defective shirt
- Issues with printing quality
- The size doesn’t match our chart with over 1.5 inch difference
- There was damage during shipping. Please inspect deliveries and contact us within 30 days if damage found.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Meet one of the above criteria
- Be in original unused condition with tags attached
- Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
Easy Return/Exchange Process
To start a return:
- Contact Customer Service to open a request
- Provide order details, photos of defects/damage, and any other relevant info
- For exchanges, let us know which shirt you want instead
Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or send the replacement within 7 days. You do not need to physically return the original item.
We’ll swap items for a shirt of equal or greater value. Please pay any extra cost if upgrading.
