Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to ship orders within 10-20 business days after payments complete. Transit times after processing vary by location:
- United States: 90% of deliveries arrive within 10 days of dispatch
- United Kingdom & Europe: 95% of orders arrive within 10-15 days of dispatch
- Australia & New Zealand: 90-95% of orders come within 10-15 days
- Other countries: 10-20 day timeframes

Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer affordable flat rate shipping around $5.99 to all 50 US states. Exact rates calculate at checkout.
International Shipping
See the estimations above for delivery timeframes by country. Precise international shipping costs also display at checkout based on your location.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order dispatches, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking to activate in the system.
Contact Customer Service if your order is not received within 12 days of getting a shipping confirmation.
P.O. Box Shipping
Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes in the United States at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments, contact Customer Service with your order details and photo(s). We will determine next steps for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Invalid Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses. We cannot guarantee address changes after orders enter fulfillment stages.
